School Hours K-8

• For the 2019-20 school year, the hours at Alton Central School are 7:45 AM - 2:50 PM, Monday - Friday.
• Before school:
• teachers are on duty at 7:37 AM
• students may wait in the cafeteria beginning at 7 AM
• After school:
• teachers are on duty until 3:17 PM
• appointments are suggested, as teachers also have professional development activities, committee meetings, and student meetings during this time
• All teachers are in staff meetings on 1st and 3rd Mondays from 3:00 - 4:00 PM

PreSchool Hours (M,Tu,Th,F)

• AM PreSchool: 8:00 - 10:30 AM
• Drop off: 7:50
• PM PreSchool: 12:00 PM - 2:30 PM
• Drop off: 11:50

Early Release

• Early releases will be at 12:30 PM
• Students will be served lunch.
