> Try playing Gm-Bb-Eb keeping your 1st finger planted on the first fret
> work on memorizing the new chords
> practice the Bb chord higher up on the neck, around the 7th or 8th fret. as it gets easier, move it down the
fret to the 5th fret, then 4th, etc.
