Information about the RISE Program

  • The RISE program is for students who do not learn in the traditional ways. The RISE program provides these students with a functional curriculum that can be taught in either a small group or 1:1 setting.   By allowing the students to make connect between the skills and everyday life assists them with mastering the skills. 

    Functional Skills: 

    Math Skills:

    • Basic math Computation ( adding, subtracting, , division)
    • Money (identify, counting, relating to everyday- purchasing, budgeting, etc)
    • Time (telling time, scheduling, etc)
    • Measurement (length, cooking related. etc)
